Guardian Angel

September 27th: "The Work of the Holy Angels"--In this episode of Weekly Wisdom Fr. Corapi speaks about the existence and mission of the good angels. From the Guardian Angels to the Archangels to the nine choirs of Angels, you won’t want to miss Father’s presentation of this incredibly important, and often ignored, teaching of the Catholic Church. We have help in the battle. God has given us His holy Angels to guide us and protect us. We should be both knowledgeable and thankful for this truth.

St. Paul

October 4th: "St. Paul and the Cross"--This episode of Weekly Wisdom deals with some of St. Paul’s teaching concerning the Cross of Christ. The key passage from Sacred Scripture that inspired Fr. Corapi’s doctoral thesis in dogmatic theology was Colossians 1:24—“It is now my joy to suffer for you as I fill up in my own poor human flesh that which is lacking in the sufferings of Christ for the sake of his body the Church.” Christ and his disciple must be one in the work of Redemption. This episode will help us understand the profound teaching of St. Paul concerning the meaning of Christian and human suffering.

St. Teresa of Avila October 11th: "St. Teresa of Avila"—Another preview of Father's series in progress, “Lessons from My Favorite Saints”. In this episode of Weekly Wisdom Fr. Corapi speaks about lessons we can learn from the life and teaching of one of the great saints and doctors of the Church, St. Teresa of Jesus or Teresa of Avila. The Foundress of the Discalced Carmelite reform of the Carmelite order, St. Teresa is one of the most influential teachers of Catholic spirituality. Her simple and easy to understand teaching is of great value to every person desiring to advance in the way of spiritual perfection.
Victory of the Rosary October 18th: "The Victory of the Rosary"—One of the more constant themes in Fr. Corapi’s teaching and preaching over the years has concerned the holy Rosary. This prayer of the holy Gospels is a powerful weapon against evil. Throughout the history of the Church the Rosary has been employed to combat evil in its various forms and to win great victories for the Church and for individual souls. In this episode of Weekly Wisdom Father speaks about his favorite personal prayer and why it is so powerful.
St. Francis of Assisi October 25th: "St. Francis of Assisi"—Another first look at an episode of the new series in the making “Lessons from My Favorite Saints.” In this episode Fr. Corapi gives a capsule of the life of St. Francis of Assisi, certainly one of the very greatest and best loved saints. Fr. Corapi points out some little known facts about this saint. He was not only the saint that loved all creation, but he was vehemently opposed to those who rebelled against Church teaching—prescribing a severe thrashing at the hands of Brother John the Pugilist (one of the early brothers) for anyone convicted of disobedience to the Church or sins of the flesh equally.
Solemnity of All Saints November 1st: "Homily for the Solemnity of All Saints"—Weekly Wisdom subscribers will be the only recipients of the homily Fr. Corapi preaches at Mass in his private chapel. This celebration of the Church’s saints is one of the most important on the liturgical calendar. The saints are our allies and our example. In this homily Fr. Corapi preaches about the mission of the saints relative to the Church militant, meaning every one of us still fighting the good fight on this earth, which is both the theatre of redemption, as well as the domain of the “Prince of this world,” the Devil.
