In a powerful and dramatic sermon, one of the best loved Catholic preachers in the world speaks to Catholics and other Christians, as well as all people of good will, regarding the moral obligation to form and vote your conscience.
In a free country there is a moral imperative to vote in a way that will reflect right reason, authentic justice, and good morals. How we vote makes us accomplices and collaborators in the policies and administration of the politicians we freely elect.
You can sin, quite possibly seriously, by voting for those who promote such intrinsically evil things as abortion, human cloning, and same-sex marriage.
This message is a must for all persons of good will desiring to do what is right. |

Flash Point - A Pro-Life Message
 |
We bring you the entire powerful speech Fr. Corapi presented to a very enthusiastic pro-life audience at a theatre in downtown South Bend, Indiana. This took place Sunday evening after the University of Notre Dame’s controversial graduation ceremony. Various pro-life leaders were present, students, concerned Christians from different denominations, as well as a distinguished special guest-- Ambassador Alan Keyes.
The substance of the pro-life message is truth. It cannot be diminished, altered, or distorted by political correctness. Human life begins at conception. The taking of an innocent human being’s life is homicide by definition. We have too often been intimidated and cowed into a weakened and impoverished response by the forces of death. This is the root cause of the rapid disintegration of the entire Western world, the United States included.

To Bear Witness to the Truth: A Moral Obligation for All Christians
"Every Catholic and, indeed, every Christian faithful to the Gospel, has the moral obligation to bear witness to the truth, “in season and out of season, convenient or inconvenient,” accepted or rejected. This mandate is nothing new, of course. It’s as old as the Old Testament, and as new as the New Testament. Nonetheless, I’m afraid that it has become more necessary than ever to remind ourselves of it."--From the new article by Fr. Corapi.

Cultivating Our Relationship with the Blessed Mother
As we enter another month of May we can’t help but turn our thoughts to Mary, the Mother of the Lord and our dear spiritual Mother. For whatever reason some people have difficulty relating to the Blessed Mother. On the other hand, tens of millions of us love her dearly and can’t understand why anyone wouldn’t. I have always thought, “If she’s good enough for Jesus, She’s good enough for you!”
We find ourselves caught in a violent spiritual war today. We need all of the help we can get. One of the greatest aids God has given us is the gift of His own Mother. We are foolhardy indeed if we refuse or fail to avail ourselves of this powerful gift.
Pray the Rosary every day. If we do not do this I’m afraid we’ll bear much of the responsibility for the state of the world—which is catastrophic. Can God bless a country that formally and legally embraces such human rights abuses as the genocide of abortion? Can God look fondly on a world that sanctions things such as fetal stem cell research, human cloning, and gay marriage? These things constitute an assault on life itself, yet the average person is apparently too dull witted or morally blind to see this.
At decisive times in human history, when all seemed dark, desperate, and nearly lost, the Church turned to Mary, the Mother of the Lord and our Mother, the Woman Clothed with the Sun. She interceded for poor humanity with her Son and won the day. We are at such crossroads now and this May let’s not fail to turn to her in all of our needs. Everything we give to her, all of our prayers, go immediately to Jesus, Who gives them to the Father in the power of the Holy Spirit.
I strongly urge you to totally consecrate yourself to Jesus through Mary, pray the Rosary every day, and have confidence in her maternal intercession. Above all love your Mother, for I promise you—your Mother loves you.
God Bless You
Fr. John Corapi

"Behold Your Mother"
One of the great secrets of the spiritual life is to enter into a true and personal relationship with Mary our Mother. Once the soul seeks to draw close to Mary great things will begin to happen. She will intercede for us and great strides in the spiritual life will take place if we take care to follow her, especially in her humility.
Since the very beginning of his priesthood Fr. John Corapi has emphasized this relationship with Our Lady, and the prayer of her Rosary. It is one of the three pillars of his preaching. "Everything for Jesus through the hands of Mary, His Mother and ours."
This new compilation includes these 4 talks:
1. Mary: Mother of the Church
2. Mary: Mother of the Most Holy Eucharist
3. Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary
4. Contemplating Jesus Through Mary

FREEDOM: In this segment Fr. Corapi explores authentic human freedom; the conditions for guaranteeing freedom; dangers to freedom; illusions of freedom; freedom & responsibility; freedom & sin; freedom & grace, and other key elements concerning authentic human freedom.
|
CONSCIENCE: What is conscience; authority & conscience; faith & conscience; listening to the voice of conscience; formation of conscience; and other key elements to an authentic understanding of conscience.
TRUTH, FREEDOM, CONSCIENCE‚"THE INTEGRITY": In this final segment Fr. Corapi explores the relationship that exists in an indissoluble and integral way among these 3 essentials of the moral life. A New Series on Prayer...
Easy Prayer for Hard Times:
In this five part series, Father John Corapi sets forth a simple plan for simple prayer: “Easy Prayer for Hard Times”
...There is no question that today there is a burning desire for prayer, even if at times the individual isn’t necessarily conscious of it. The more troubled the times become, the more the soul yearns to pray.
The great Doctor of Prayer, St. Therese of Lisieux, tells us “for me, prayer is a surge of the heart; it is a simple look turned toward heaven, it is a cry of recognition and of love, embracing both trial and joy.”
Another great Doctor of the Church, St. Alphonsus Liguori, tells us “the man who prays is saved. The man who does not pray is not.” Such is the blunt language of the saints. Prayer, in order to be effective and even at times very elevated, should not be a matter of “rocket science”. It is most of all simple, humble, and trusting. It is in fact the prayer of a confident child to a loving father.
Despite the thirst for prayer and for knowledge concerning prayer, very few individuals have much if any understanding of even the most basic elements of the science of prayer. We might say, as the official from Queen Candace’s court mentioned in Acts of the Apostles, “How can I [understand] unless someone teaches me?” (Acts 8:31) |

Another New/Old Series By Father Corapi:
Consecration to Jesus Through Mary
A Retreat for the Annunciation to Our Lady-
This series was re-mastered from tapes recorded during a retreat, taped by Father Corapi himself.
Father speaks of the spirituality of St. Louis de Montfort, the total consecration to Jesus Christ through Mary our Mother. Quite simply, it is the most powerful and effective way to live a Catholic Christian life. All that I am and all that I do, past, present, and forever I give to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ--and I give it to Him through the hands of His most holy Mother. Fr. Corapi attributes any and all effectiveness in his priestly ministry to this simple movement of grace. This was the spirituality of Pope John Paul II, John Paul the Great, as manifested by his papal motto: "Totus tuus," "Everything for you." All for Jesus through Mary.

The Moon Under Her Feet

|
As we watch the spectacle of the world seeming to self-destruct before our eyes, we can’t help but be saddened and even frightened by so much evil run rampant. Iraq, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Somalia, North Korea—It is all a disaster of epic proportions displayed in living color on our television screens.
These are not ordinary times and this is not business as usual. We are at a crossroads in human history and the time for Catholics and all Christians to act is now. All evil can ultimately be traced to its origin, which is moral evil. All of the political action, peace talks, international peacekeeping forces, etc. will avail nothing if the underlying sickness is not addressed. This is sin. One person at a time hearts and minds must be moved from evil to good, from lies to truth, from violence to peace.

Two Powerful Series on Spiritual Warfare
|
The Battle for TRUTH
That there is a battle for truth is nothing new. Since darkness entered Eden human beings have been caught in a crossfire of lies, some of them obvious, some of them very subtle...
From abortion to euthanasia, from suicide to genocide, the horrifying spectacle of man's degenerate behavior at once shocks us and frightens us...
In this 4 part series Father John Corapi explores some of the essential elements and relationships concerning the Truth, which in substance is not merely something, but rather Somebody: Jesus Christ.

Surrender is NOT an Option!
In this four part series, Father John Corapi explores the reality of spiritual warfare and how it involves the family. Using Sacred Scripture and other official Church documents, Father Corapi vigorously asserts that this war is real. To deny this fundamental fact is at once foolhardy and reckless.
In this series, originally preached on the battlefield of Boston, MA, Fr. Corapi is at his best.
