How do I begin viewing my media once I purchase?
On the right hand navigation menu, or at the top of this page, just click the "My Web Media" link. This will take you to a page where you can see all the available digital media you have available to you, as well as some detailed information on expiration dates, etc. You can also access the "My Web Media" link at the top or bottom of any page in the horizontal links.

Can I rent or download more than one movie at a time?
Yes. If you plan on watching or downloading several files in the coming days, it's much easier to purchase them all at the same time. Remember you have up to 30 days to view the rentals or download the media files. They will appear in the "My Web Media" page, where you can view them or download them for up to 30 days. (see answer below for more info).

What are the time limits for a Movie Rental?
Movie Rentals are available for 30 days. You may watch at any time, and do not need to view on the computer you rented it on. Once you begin to view the movie, you will have a 24 hour period to view the movie. You may view as many times as you like during this 24 hour period. Once either the 30 day limit, or 24 hour period expire (whichever comes first) the movie will no longer be available for you to view, and you must re-rent to view the movie. Remember, you have 30 days to view, so you can rent more than one movie at a time and watch them later!

My movie keeps stopping or buffering
There are several causes of this problem. It is almost always caused by a slow internet connection. One cause of this could be downloading other files at the same time you are trying to view a rental. If you purchased a download, and are trying to view a movie, try stopping the download (remember you have 30 days to download). Also, other people on your network using up bandwidth could cause this problem. If you are sure neither of the above conditions exist, make sure your internet connection fulfills the requirements for streaming. We recommend a broadband connection of at least 700 Kb/s. You can test your connection speed at these sites:

I'm not seeing anything when I click the file link (blank screen or blank player or other error)
This can be caused by many things, but most likely it is the security settings of your browser, anti-virus program or firewall. Check the following:
- First try restarting your browser, revisit the My Web Media page, and try again. This will often solve the problem.
- If using Internet Explorer - you may have your security settings too high.
We recommend using Internet Explorer's default security settings. If you prefer custom settings, add www.fathercorapi.com to the trusted sites. It sometimes is necessary to temporarily deactivate pop-up blockers in order to upgrade the media player.
- Firewalls and Anti-Virus programs can block the media from playing.
If you are on a managed or secured network (for example at a hotel, public wireless access point, or business) make sure that you are properly logged in and that network security is not blocking the Father Corapi Movie Viewer from accessing the Internet. If you are running security software on your computer (for example: firewall, anti-virus, ad blocker, parental controls), temporarily turn it off and try playing the media again. If you are able to play a movie with the security software temporarily turned off, consult the instructions for your security software, or contact its manufacturer, for information on how to permit access to the Internet by Father Corapi's Movie Viewer. (You can reference "Silverlight Video" when contacting the corresponding support team)
Finally, if you know you have an unblocked Internet connection, close all open web browser windows, re-open a single web browser window, and try playing a movie again. It may also help to restart your computer before you try to play a movie again, especially if you have changed settings.

I can't hear anything
Make sure your computer volume is turned up, your speakers or headphones are connected (or that you don't have headphones plugged in when trying to listen through speakers). Also, make sure the volume on the player is turned up (located at the bottom left of the video player)

I'm receiving an audio driver error
An Auto Driver Error message means you may need to update your computer's sound driver or sound card. Here's what to do:
First, restart your computer, return to the "My Web Media" page and try playing the file again. If this doesn't work, go to your computer maker's website to download the latest sound driver or call their technical support line.
After you update your driver or settings, restart your computer, return to the "My Web Media" page and try playing the file again. If this still doesn't work, you may need to upgrade your sound card or other hardware. Contact the maker of your computer or its video card. If you have a system administrator, they would be a good place to start.

The "My Web Media" page is blank
Most likely you are not signed in to www.fathercorapi.com. You must be signed in to view or download your media. Go back to the "My Web Media" page and click the link to sign in. Another possible cause of this problem could be that you have cookies disabled. The process to enable cookies varies by browser, just search your help menu for "cookies".
